The Mann Family


Bob Mann is a native of Raleigh and attended Olds, Daniels and Broughton. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration, Bob married Linda Caudill of Fuquay Varina and together they settled in Cary to start their family. Linda graduated from UNC Wilmington with an Educational Degree teaches Pre-School at St. Francis United Methodist Church in Cary.

Their son Robert is an English Major at NCSU and their daughter Rachel is a Psychology Major at UNC Chapel Hill. With two college age children, getting together for the Holidays and weekend trips to the beach are the most enjoyable times spent as a family.

Over the years, this area has changed a lot, but it still retains its charm and beauty that makes the Triangle one of the most desirable places in the country to live.

Cindy Buchan
Cindy is originally from Michigan and moved to North Carolina over 4 years ago. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years with most of her background in underwriting. This experience makes her a great processor.  She enjoys the fast pace of the industry and strives for perfection in helping our customers close on time. Cindy has been married to her husband Bill for 17yrs and has 2 step children, 3 grandchildren and a very busy rescue dog named Zoe’.  She loves the beach, biking, road trips and spending time with friends and family.

Aliysa Martin
A native of North Carolina, Alysia Martin was born in Moore County and has lived in Raleigh since she was 4. An active mother of two, her oldest child, Anysia is a senior at Knightdale High School. Her son Jerell is an 8th grader at East Millbrook Middle School. In the mortgage business since 2002, Alysia and I first met when she came on board as a temporary file clerk. Admired for work ethic, she was made full time and quickly rose through the ranks moving from filing to shipping to processing to underwriting and finally to closing.

Recognized as one of the best closers in the company, Alysia is highly proficient and dedicated to her job. I am honored and privileged to have Alysia as part of my team. She is reason that the closing package for the customer gets to the attorney error free and on schedule.

Mandy Peacock

A native of Raleigh, Mandy Peacock is my trusted assistant who, even though is a recent member of the PrimeLending Family, has many years of experience in real estate as a broker, as a legal assistant for attorney George Kane and as a CPA. Our professional relationship goes back many years as Mandy handled many of my closings. Our personal relationship goes back to childhood since we grew up together in the same Raleigh neighborhood.

An avid animal lover, Mandy lives at home with her two rescue dogs Nicholas and Ellie. She is also widely known and admired as someone who cares about the welfare of people and has donated countless hours and money to causes designed to help others in need.  In her spare time Mandy enjoys tennis, bicycling, kayaking, travel and walking with her dogs.

Kim Sweat
Kim Sweat was born in Virginia and has lived in Raleigh since the age of 7. Kim joined the mortgage industry in 1999 working for Alliance Funding as their customer service representative. Working her way up through the ranks Kim is a highly efficient processor dedicated to her job and friendly to our customers. Possessing an incredible work ethic, Kim is known to stay late getting the job done right for our clients.

With two grown daughters, Kim is a huge sports fan who cheers on her beloved Wolfpack. She also enjoys shopping and traveling to beach as often as possible.
